Every year, a Dues Packet is sent to Diplomates with a notice to pay dues and complete an annual submission form. See the Recertification FAQ for more details. The dates for which activities may qualify for points are from July 1 of the previous year through June 30 of the current year. Those dates should be added to the submission form.
